The workshop uses the literary universe of Adília Lopes to explore the boundary between the everyday and the poetic, the banal and the sacred, solitude and humor.
Through readings, improvisations, and small scenic creations, participants immerse themselves in the author’s writing, discovering her fierce delicacy, lucid nonsense, and disarming tenderness with which she views the world.
We will be in contact with her recurring themes: childhood, the body, error, irony, and the persistence of small things.
The workshop proposes a laboratory theatre experience: reading, listening, improvising, discussing, writing, and interpreting.
